A coaching, mentoring and training session* will include:

• How to choose the right networking event for you

• How to prepare for a networking event

• What to do at a networking event / the process to follow, including:

  • How to approach a group​

  • How to leave a group or individual you are networking with

  • Body language and what to say.

• How to follow-up after a networking event.

• Coaching on how to attend an internal meeting, an external meeting and the difference between the two.

• Training one-on-one: helping them to identify any opportunities for improvement or discuss any challenges they may be finding.

• Training on mentoring: what it means, how to be a good protege, how to seek out a mentor and how to manage the relationship.
